Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping to US addresses is $8.00 USD on orders under $99 and free on orders of $99 and over. Standard shipping to the United Kingdom is $7.00 USD and to Australia is $12.00 USD.

How long it takes
We ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas. Orders arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks after you order.

Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. You can cancel or change an order before it is processed. Email hello@tolvella.com as soon as you can, with your order number.

Tracking
Your tracking is provided when your order is confirmed, in an email from us. Use the link in that email to follow your parcel. If you have not received it, write to hello@tolvella.com with your order number and we will check on it for you.

Lost or missing parcels
If a package is marked delivered and you cannot find it, email hello@tolvella.com with your order number. We will help you open a claim with the carrier.
