Wrong or faulty on arrival
If your kit arrives wrong or faulty, email hello@tolvella.com within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to discuss the issue. We typically send a replacement as an even exchange, with shipping paid by us.

Change of mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Cancelling or changing an order
You can cancel or change an order before it is processed. Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
