Every Tolvella kit is backed by a 1 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If something fails because of how it was made, we will make it right.
What is covered
The parts of your Portion Pump Kit that make it work, including the pump, charging, valve and zip, against defects in materials or workmanship.
How to make a claim
- Email hello@tolvella.com with your order number and a photo of the problem.
- We will take a look and get back to you.
- If it is a defect in materials or workmanship, we send you a free replacement.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can change or cancel an order before it is processed. Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, so email hello@tolvella.com with your order number as soon as you can.
